An agreement was signed between the Nigerian government and King and Spalding, a Switzerland based law firm in order to extend legal services to the Nigerian government and helping them to draft an anti dumping law that will stop dumping in the Nigerian market, hence will promote free and fair trade while protecting the local businessmen and help them compete in the free market and in order to ensure that the firm has been asked to prepare a legal brief on the rationale and the need of the legislation. This legal service by the firm is on pro bono basis and is expected to promote the development of the Nigerian economy through integrating it to the global economy.
